Wayne Luoma joined Constellation Energy Projects and Services Group (CEPS) in 2006. As Chief Financial Officer he is responsible for all accounting, finance and treasury activities for the group.

Wayne brings to CEPS nearly 20 years of industry experience in the areas of financial management, business development, project evaluation, deal structuring, fuel procurement, ratemaking and regulatory affairs.

He holds Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from the Sellinger School of Business and Management at Loyola College and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Delaware. He is Certified Public Accountant and a member of the International District Energy Association, and the American Institute and Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
