Greg has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Constellation Energy Projects & Services (CEPS) since January 2000. Previously, he was Vice President - Business Development. He began his career with Constellation Energy Projects and Services (CEPS) in 1998, serving as Director - Sales and Marketing.

Prior to joining Constellation, he was employed by Johnson Controls, Inc. in the Baltimore office. During his twelve year career at JCI, he advanced through a series of management positions, including Project Manager, Sales Manager, and Branch Manager.

As president, he assesses opportunities and executes strategies to meet profit, growth, and customer satisfaction objectives. He also implements, and inspects processes for successful project development and ensures contract compliance and energy savings.

With over 19 years of experience in the energy industry, he has particular expertise in HVAC, electrical and temperature control systems for government, commercial and industrial facilities. In addition, he has as extensive experience in sales, marketing and operations.

His numerous civic and professional affiliations include service on the Executive Boards of Leadership Baltimore County and The American Heart Association, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cardinal Gibbons School, and membership in the International District Energy Association (IDEA).

He earned a Bachelors Degree at the University of Maryland and an MBA at University of Maryland University College.
