John Schaffer is the vice president of operations for Constellation Energy’s Projects & Services Group. He has more than 30 years of experience in the management of the CEPS’ operating facilities including, day-to-day operations of energy services and central plants, profit and loss, capital budgets, and is responsible for the operations of all build-own-operate projects.  Some of John’s key projects are Steelers Stadium Central Plant in Pittsburgh, Pa., Fashion Show Mall Central Plant in Las Vegas, Nev. and Nashville Thermal Transfer Corporation in Nashville, Tenn.
