James “Jim” Creighton is vice president of project management with Constellation Energy Projects & Services Group (CEPS). He has more than 30 years of experience in the energy services industry.   Jim’s primary role is to supervise and manage all aspects of projects and personnel in the Mid-Atlantic region. He oversees and directs the project delivery process over the entire life cycle of the project, from development through detailed design, construction and operations.     He is responsible for the successful development, administration, and implementation of projects, as well as goal setting, staffing and corporate development strategies and tactics.

Jim holds an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering, and is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers and the American Society of Professional Estimators.
