David M. Braslau, CEM, CDSM
Vice President, Federal Project Development
David M. Braslau is vice president of federal project
development for Constellation Energy Projects & Services
Group (CEPS). Mr. Braslau has more than 24 years of
experience in the energy services industry. His primary
responsibility is the development of large-scale projects
for federal government customers. His primary role is to
oversee and direct the project delivery process from initial
project concept development through detailed design and
submission of the final customer proposal. He is also
responsible for goal setting, staffing, and corporate
development strategies and tactics.
Mr. Braslau was the past recipient of a
Presidential Award in Federal Energy Management and a
Federal Energy and Water Management Award, and is the
published author of several papers on thermal energy storage
and gas cooling technologies.
Mr. Braslau holds a Masters of
Environmental Planning degree, with a specialization in
Energy Studies, from the School of Architecture at Arizona
State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in
Physics from Bates College. |
